Food snobs look away. Let's be honest, there is nothing fancy or refined about our recipe this week. It is delicious though and seriously addictive. We managed to go through an entire batch in just a few days and are already planning a trip to restock our supplies of mini-marshmallows so that we can make some more.
Banana bread normally works its way into my life out of necessity rather than desire. I only make it when I realize I've got a few bananas kicking around that are way too brown and squidgy to eat. But to be honest, I've never been that crazy about banana bread. Definitely not that kind of thing I crave or look forward to. No longer though.
